1 — Capture the foot
3D iOS Scan
Scan in under two minutes with our user-friendly iPhone/iPad app. No shipping, no plaster mess — the model arrives at the lab the moment you submit.
Plaster Cast
Neutral suspension casting remains the reference standard for complex biomechanical cases. Ship casts with the Rx form using our prepaid label.
Foam Box
Semi-weightbearing foam impressions — fast chairside capture well suited to accommodative and diabetic devices.
2 — Write the Rx
One form covers the prescription: device or condition, shell material and rigidity, posting, heel cup depth, top cover and extensions, plus any accommodations marked on the foot tracing. Our pedorthists call before fabricating anything ambiguous — never after.
3 — Fabrication & QC
The positive model is corrected to your Rx, the shell is vacuum-formed or milled, posted and ground, then finished with your specified cover. Every device is quality checked before it ships.
4 — Turnaround & shipping
