Custom Molded Shoes
Custom and depth-inlay footwear for feet that off-the-shelf shoes can't accommodate — severe deformity, Charcot foot, partial-foot amputation and post-surgical protection. Built over the patient's model and finished to your specifications.
Shoe Styles
Three models to choose from — more coming soon
Model 1
Double-strap hook-and-loop closure. Leather and mesh upper on an extra-depth last — easiest to put on and adjust for swelling or limited hand dexterity.
Model 2
Lace-up walking shoe. Two-tone leather and mesh upper on an extra-depth last — a dressier everyday option with secure lace adjustment.
Model 3
High-top with instep strap and laces. Added ankle support and the deepest fit — for bracing, significant deformity or post-surgical protection.
Depth-inlay footwear
Extra-depth construction with removable inlays — room for custom inserts and mild-to-moderate deformity.
Custom-molded shoes
Fabricated over a model of the patient's foot when deformity rules out standard lasts.
Modifications
Rocker soles, flares, lifts, stretching and balancing — on new footwear or the patient's own.
Therapeutic shoe program
Pair with A5513 custom inserts for qualifying diabetic patients (A5500).
A weight-bearing tracing is required with every shoe order. See the order-form guide for upper and outsole options.
